Delivery is FREE for all my paintings and prints.
Buying prints from the site should be simple. Each print will be made to order so I would ask that you allow ten days to for this process and for delivery.
Buying and shipping paintings (and having them framed if you wish) requires more attention. If you are interested, please email me at [email protected] or call 07546539796 so I can reassure you about the timescale of this process and arrange a studio visit to see the painting in person if you wish.
International delivery is also FREE although this means it is subsidized in order to give more people worldwide access to my work.
If you wish to return a painting for a full refund you may return it within 14 days of receipt. Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Giclee prints will be produced on-demand so unfortunately a refund can only be offered in the unlikely event that the print does not reach you in perfect condition.
Any art prints which have been damaged in transit will be replaced. In the unlikely event of damage to a print customers must email [email protected] within three days of receiving the damaged print to be eligible for a replacement or refund. Customers will receive a reply containing full details of the replacement/refund process. You must keep the damaged art print together with any damaged packaging until you receive instructions on what to do with them from John Martin Fulton. Failure to do this could result in an invalid claim against the Returns Policy.
